i haven done ANY webcasts. only doing new media's cause i have a report to submit tmr. oh crap. seriously hate the heavy workload. shall focus real hard tmr and chiong till tuesday.

woke up at 7.40am and arrived at warren at 8.15am today. awesome? HAHA. yeah, gymmed in the early morning. strode 5km. didnt swim in the end cause some idiot (goh bong) wanted to tan. lol. time constraint. shall blog about this tmr.
