today is my birthday and it just doesnt feel like it.

maybe its all part of growing up. its the first that i wasnt treated like royalty. i know i cant expect people to do that, but the feeling just sucks.

despite the countless birthday wishes, i'd rather not have them all.
i'd rather have my loved ones and the friends i love by my side, sharing the special moments of my special day.

never have i felt so alone before.
no one to have lunch with, adding on to the hardcore timetable today.

i think all i needed was to have him by my side.
to have mel smiling at me.
to have gwen laughing at me getting old.
to have poinkpoinks treating me like a princess despite her major reluctance. (:

so oblivious to my surroundings, in my own little birthday world, with no one to share with.

hais, i guess its the same old story - to suck it all up and move on.

anws, he did sth that really made me laugh. despite being ultra mega sweet for scheduling an e-card, he wrote, "HAPPY 20th BIRTHDAY!". lol, tell me how to not laugh? im only 19. :D

anyhow, thanks everyone for taking the effort to wish me happy birthday - in person, text msg, or FB. every single msg made me smile and made me feel less lonesone. especially the little gifts, novell sending a packet full of shit (HAHA), sx;s thoughtful gift from bangkok, dee's slice of cake, and geek buddy actually rmbing my fav choc m&ms. thanks, you guys. (:
